Enhanced Cottage Opening Package - $1,499*
Includes everything in the Basic Package, plus:
-Patio and walkway cleaning: Power wash all outdoor surfaces.
-Interior prep: Uncover and prepare indoor furniture, ensure windows are clean, and the space is ready for your arrival.
-Minor repairs: Fix small issues like loose boards, leaky faucets, or minor maintenance tasks.
Premium Cottage Opening Package - $1,999*
Includes everything in the Enhanced Package, plus:
-Deep outdoor cleaning: Wash exterior walls and windows.
-Tree and shrub trimming: Trim trees and bushes to ensure the property looks pristine.
- Custom requests: Tailored services like dock installation, beach cleanup, or detailed interior services.
Leaves-Only Service
-On-Site Disposal - $349
Comprehensive leaf cleanup with on-site composting or mulching, ensuring the leaves are properly managed without removal from the property.
-Off-Site Disposal - $499
Full leaf cleanup with removal of all collected leaves from the property, leaving your yard completely clear and free of debris. We take care of transporting the leaves off-site for proper disposal.
Both options are designed to keep your cottage grounds looking clean and well-maintained!
Water-Access-Only Add-On Package - $599
(Available with any opening package)
-Dock service: Securely install or remove docks as needed.
-Watercraft care: Inspect, clean, and ensure boats or watercraft are ready for use.
-Additional time on-site: Extended hours for hard-to-reach locations, ensuring no shortcuts are taken.
This add-on guarantees a seamless and professional service experience for cottages only accessible by water, ensuring your property is fully prepared and maintained with the same attention to detail.
